Senior Consultant / Business Analyst (Re)Insurance (all genders) in Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, Poland or Romania

Your Tasks

We are expanding our International Insurance Team and are looking for you as a Senior Consultant / Business Analyst (Re)Insurance (all genders) in Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria, Poland or Romania. At the location of your choice.
You will work on high-impact projects focusing on digital transformation, modernization of (re)insurance core systems, and process optimization.

• You actively contribute to projects around the renewal and modernization of (re)insurance systems.
• You support clients in the digital transformation of their core business.
• You analyze business requirements across (re)insurance processes and translate them into clear functional and technical solution designs.
• You act as a trusted consultant at the interface between business and IT, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring implementation feasibility.
• You leverage AI technologies to optimize processes, enable data-driven decision-making, and support transformation initiatives.

Your Profile

• You have several years of professional experience in (re)insurance consulting.
• You have strong experience in business analysis, project work, and workshop facilitation.
• You bring solid knowledge of insurance core processes.
• You are analytically strong, methodical, and able to structure complex topics clearly for different stakeholders.
• You are interested in AI applications and their potential to increase efficiency and innovation in insurance operations.
• You are comfortable working in international project settings and are willing to travel within Europe.
• You are fluent in English (German is a plus).
• You have an open mindset, hands-on mentality, and enjoy collaborative work.
