SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant

Your Tasks

Analyze, design, and document customer service processes in SAP S/4HANA Service
Gather requirements and create functional specifications
Configure and develop SAP S/4HANA Service (including Service/CS order types, partner determination, pricing)
Perform testing and support project teams during rollout
Work closely with related processes such as Order-to-Cash (SD), Source-to-Pay (MM), and Acquire-to-Decommission (EAM)
Support technical topics such as code analysis and basic debugging in ABAP
Advise business units on process optimization and best practices

Your Profile

Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Economics, or Business Informatics
2–3 years of experience in configuring SAP S/4HANA Service Management or alternatively SAP Customer Service
Solid experience with customer service processes and strong skills in requirements analysis
Knowledge of related SAP processes such as Order-to-Cash (SD), Source-to-Pay (MM), and Acquire-to-Decommission (EAM) is a plus
Practical experience in reading ABAP code and performing basic debugging tasks
Skilled in process documentation and creating clear, understandable specifications
Open personality with quick comprehension skills
Fluent in German and English and willing to travel
