Travel Expense Auditor with German
Your Responsibilities
- Check and verify travel expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company guidelines
- Review the accuracy and necessity of supporting documents such as receipts and travel justifications, etc.
- Ensure adherence to country-specific tax and legal requirements related to travel expenses
- Support monthly closing activities
- Communicate with employees and managers across departments and countries to clarify discrepancies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools for travel expense reporting
Your Profile
- University degree in Economics or hold an equivalent professional qualification
- Proven experience and expertise in travel expense management
- Strong affinity for working with numbers and analytical thinking
- Implementation-oriented, with a structured and independent working style
- Service- and team-oriented mindset
- Speak fluent business English and German
