Your Responsibilities
- Check and verify travel expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company guidelines.
- Review the accuracy and necessity of supporting documents such as receipts and travel justifications, etc.
- Ensure adherence to country-specific tax and legal requirements related to travel expenses.
- Support monthly closing activities.
- Communicate with employees and managers across departments and countries to clarify discrepancies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools for travel expense reporting.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed a university degree or hold an equivalent professional qualification.
- Proven experience and expertise in travel expense management.
- Strong affinity for working with numbers and analytical thinking.
- Implementation-oriented, with a structured and independent working style.
- Service- and team-oriented mindset.
- Business fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
