(Senior) Consultant SAP S/4HANA Finance in Insurance and Banking

Your Tasks

• You will work closely with your team to advise insurance or banking clients on how to optimize their financial processes, including accounting, controlling, and financial operations—as well as transformation topics around their SAP-based IT system landscapes.
• With guidance from an experienced coach, you will actively contribute to shaping and positioning our consulting services and solution offerings.
• You will be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle, from assessing existing processes and designing solutions to implementing, testing, and building up SAP S/4HANA (greenfield & brownfield) systems & BTP Components like Integration Suite, Datasphere & Business Process Automation.
• Depending on your level of experience, you may also take on responsibility for leading project workstreams and serve as a subject matter expert to support and mentor your colleagues.

Your Profile

• You have experience in implementing or optimizing SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, ideally in the insurance or banking sector, with a solid understanding of accounting, controlling, and financial operations.
• You are familiar with or motivated to deepen your knowledge of SAP BTP components such as Integration Suite, Datasphere, or Process Automation.
• You combine a structured, analytical mindset with strong client-facing skills, and enjoy driving topics from design to implementation.
• You are proactive, take ownership, and contribute to team development and service innovation.
• You are fluent in English (C1); German is a plus.
• You are open to occasional travel and thrive in a collaborative consulting environment.
