Lead Snowflake Consultant – Data & AI Solutions

Your Tasks

As a Lead Snowflake Consultant, you will act as a subject-matter expert on client projects while guiding others and advancing our Snowflake capabilities. You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing modern, scalable data architectures in cloud environments, driving end-to-end delivery, and shaping future-ready data solutions for clients across industries — with a focus on financial services and insurance.

You will:

• Lead the design and implementation of Snowflake-based data platforms that are secure, scalable, and aligned with client needs
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients, translating business goals into sustainable data solutions
• Take ownership of the Snowflake workstream within cross-functional consulting projects
• Guide and mentor junior consultants and engineers, fostering their development and project impact
• Continuously deepen your expertise in Snowflake and modern data architecture through hands-on project work and innovation initiatives
• Contribute to internal best practices, capability building, and knowledge sharing across the Data & AI team
• Support pre-sales and proposal development with your subject-matter expertise

Your Profile

• Strong consulting background with hands-on project experience designing and delivering Snowflake solutions
• Deep technical understanding of Snowflake and modern data architecture principles (e.g., ELT, data mesh, data lakes, security & governance)
• Experience in building robust data pipelines and integrations using tools such as dbt, Azure Data Factory, or similar
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their respective data services
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing roles, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding teams, mentoring peers, and taking ownership of workstreams
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for continuously evolving in the Data & AI space
