Associate Partner / Senior Manager Actuarial Consulting

Your Tasks

• As a Lead Actuarial Consultant, you take responsibility for complex, actuarial consulting projects with leading insurance and reinsurance companies.
• You lead interdisciplinary project teams, mentor colleagues, and ensure high-quality deliverables across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• You design target operating models, shape actuarially driven processes, and take ownership of the interface design between actuarial, finance, and IT functions.
• You actively contribute to business development by supporting acquisition efforts, preparing compelling proposals, and building long-term client relationships.
• Beyond project work, you represent our actuarial expertise at industry events, in networks, and as part of our internal capability development.

Your Profile

• You have several years of experience in actuarial consulting or insurance transformation projects – ideally in a leadership or management role.
• You have successfully led project teams and take responsibility for the professional growth of your colleagues.
• Your actuarial expertise, whether in financial reporting, risk management, or data management – is matched by a strong understanding of the insurance industry's broader challenges.
• You communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels and are skilled at building lasting, trust-based client relationships.
• You combine an entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach and enjoy contributing to client acquisition and business growth.
  Fluency in English and a willingness to travel occasionally within Europe complete your profile.
