2nd Level Support with German
Your Tasks
- Act as a point of contact for second-level support, ensuring timely resolution of CMS-related issues
- Analyze and resolve application and system incidents, contributing to service reliability and user satisfaction
- Provide user support and configuration guidance across a distributed editorial environment
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to internal experts or external vendors as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address requests and ensure smooth operations
- Follow internal processes and service level agreements (SLAs) to deliver consistent support
- Utilize standard ticketing and collaboration tools such as Solution Manager and GitLab
Your Profile
- Proficient in German (minimum B2 level) and fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in second-level support or application management services (AMS)
- Solid technical understanding and interest in Content Management Systems
- Familiarity with incident management processes and service-oriented environment
- Interest in CMS-related business processes and user support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
