Sales Support Assistant

Your Tasks

• You will provide support throughout the entire quotation process, working closely with our delivery and sales team, assisting in the preparation of quotations and ensuring that all necessary information and documents are available on time.
• You will identify and collect relevant references that best underline our past successes and keep them up to date on a regular basis to have them ready for future proposals.
• You develop professional and convincing PowerPoint presentations that are to the point in terms of both content and visuals and optimally support our offers.
• You turn simple Word documents into real eye-catchers that impress with their clarity and structure and meet our high quality standards.
• You collect and maintain the CVs of our team members to ensure that we can always provide the right profiles for our offers.
• You will be responsible for coordinating appointments for the bid team, ensuring that everyone involved is always informed and keeping track of upcoming meetings, deadlines and tasks.
• You will carry out independent research and analyze the market and our competitors in order to gain valuable information for our offers.
• You manage relevant data in our systems, create regular reports and thus contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.

Your Profile

• You have experience in Sales Support or a related role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• You possess excellent written and spoken skills in both German and English.
• You have strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Word, enabling you to create high-level documents and presentations.
• Ideally, you have some initial experience in the SAP environment, with an affinity for technical topics considered an advantage.
• You demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, team spirit, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
