Your Tasks

• Supporting teams in the transition from traditional management techniques to Agile methods
• Supporting Agile teams by facilitating specific phases such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives and coach team members·      
• Supporting the team for better self-organization and creative solution-finding
• Supporting the team in removing obstacles and optimizing processes
• Coaching the Scrum team with the goal of further improving performance and quality
• Promoting the development of an Agile mindset - individually, at the team level, and in the organization as a whole
• Representing the the team externally and coordinate with the product owner and stakeholders
• Analysis and improvement of the agile practices of your customers, taking into account processes, culture, and technology
• Preparing customer meetings and lead workshops

Your Profile

• You are a university graduate focused on professional development towards the Scrum Master role
• You are fluent in German (C1) and know English very well

Nice to have:

• You have proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or in a similar role (in an Agile environment)
• You possess an Agile mindset with which you inspire and motivate the environment
• You are an emphatic & communicative person, with a strong team spirit as well as very good methodological skills in facilitation, change management, and team development
• You have methodological skills e. g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
• You have experience in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, VersionOne, Azure DevOps etc
