Your Tasks
- You will support project stakeholders in planning and tracking of projects & activities
- You will initiate and control various activities in the context of time, budget, scope management
- You will create a quality management system and continuous improvement of project quality while executing risk management activities
- You will oversee the planning and implementation of communication and stakeholder management
- You will administrate the creation and maintenance of project data
- You will standardize document management (DM) processes, tools, and templates throughout the project
Your Profile
- Experience in the area of project management on IT projects
- Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, ThinkCell, Outlook), ideally also in dealing with MS Teams
- An independent and structured way of working
- A high level of service orientation and quality awareness
- Good time management and experience in conflict management
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 5-6 times a year)
- Business fluent in German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
