Associate Consultant: Insurance

Your Tasks

• You will start your personal development in consulting with the right mix of individual support, on the job learning, and training.
• You will be able to leverage the expertise and experience of our senior staff, that is eager to support you.
• You will take part in training bootcamps specific to the solutions implemented on the projects you will work on.  
• You will work on diverse projects with large, international insurance companies supporting implementations such as IFRS17, LDTI, IFRS9, and CECL.
• In the project and as part of the team, you will learn the basics of the insurance industry with a focus on regulatory risk implementation and finance/actuarial transformation.
• You will gradually take on additional responsibility as part of a project team and in the development of our internal offerings.
• You will take on new challenges with each project, taking existing software and solutions and tailoring them to fit the needs of each client.  

Your Profile

• You have a degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, actuarial science, engineering, or comparable focus.
• Actuarial or CPA track or exams passed is a plus.
• You have a solid foundation in SAS 9.4 Programming.
• Experience with other programming languages such as Python or R are nice to have.
• You have interest in learning from industry experts to build your career in financial risk management.

• You are analytically-conceptually strong, have a hands-on mentality, and are eager to overcome exciting challenges.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel from time-to-time sounds exciting to you.

• You can communicate very technical topics in a way that a non-technical person could understand.
• An internship or other experience in the insurance/finance industry is nice to have.
