Your Tasks
- You manage the AMS Service within the SAP S/4HANA FI-CO solution.
- Together with your team, you will advise companies in various industries (e.g. automotive, energy, insurance) on optimizing their financial processes.
- Support End-Users: Provide hands-on support to business end-users, addressing their queries, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on SAP FI/CO functionalities.
- Incident Management: Track and manage incidents reported by business end-users, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
- Configuration Assistance: Assist in configuring and customizing SAP FI/CO modules based on business requirements, under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Testing Support: Participate in testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate system functionality and ensure alignment with business processes.
- Documentation: Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation related to SAP FI/CO configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Training: Assist in conducting training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP FI/CO functionalities and optimize system utilization.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancement, providing recommendations to senior consultants for consideration.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and project management to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
Your Profile
- You have already gained consulting experience (in-house or external) in SAP implementation or re-design projects in finance and accounting.
- You have very good system knowledge in the FI modules (preferably also CO) and a strong understanding of value flows in finance and accounting.
- You proactively drive topics forward and show initiative to help shape the growth of the team.
- You have strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with an understanding of the feasibility of technical requirements.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in S/4HANA transformation projects.
- You speak business fluent German and very good English.
- You enjoy occasional travel to our customers.
- SAP ERP modules knowledge and experience FI/CO (FI-GL, FI-AR, FI-AP, FI-AA, EC-PCA, CO-OM, CO-CCA, CO-PA, CO-PC)
