(Senior) Actuarial Consultant (all genders)

Your Tasks

• In your role as (Senior) Actuarial Consultant, you take full ownership of the design and delivery of complex actuarial consulting projects for leading insurance companies.
• You conduct in-depth analyses, develop innovative methodologies and process optimizations, and coordinate cross-functionally with business units and IT to implement tailored solutions.
• Leveraging your profound expertise in process design and documentation, you drive the enhancement of closing processes and target operating models within Insurance Operations and Finance.
• You define precise business requirements and serve as the key liaison for the technical implementation of complex transformation programs.
• Additionally, you lead data analysis efforts, identify relevant source systems, and actively contribute to the design of interface and data flow architectures.

Your Profile

• You bring several years of relevant experience in management or in-house consulting
• Your expertise is grounded in solid knowledge of the insurance or reinsurance sector, ideally within actuarial, risk management, financial management, or data management functions.
• You are skilled in project management, including independent planning, coordination, and facilitation of workshops and stakeholder engagements.
• Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe complements your profile and supports the development of long-lasting client relationships.
• Your excellent English communication skills enable you to interact confidently and professionally at an international level.
